Abstract:

The purpose of these amendments to Â§ 121.538 of the Federal Aviation Regulations is to require each of certain air carriers and commercial operators operating large aircraft (other than helicopters) to: (1) Prepare in writing and submit for approval of the Administrator its security program showing the procedures, facilities, or a combination thereof, that it uses or intends to use to support that program.
