Abstract:

The purpose of this amendment to Parts 25 (formerly CAR Part 4b) and 121 (formerly CAR Pasts 40, 41, and 42) of the Federal Aviation Regulations is to establish criteria for determining, during the type certification process, the minimum required flight crew for each transport category airplane type certificated after January 1, 1964.
