Abstract:

The purpose of this amendment of Â§ 121.310(h) of the Federal Aviation Regulations is to require each passenger carrying airplane to be equipped with exterior lighting that meets the requirements of Â§ 25.812(g) in addition to meeting the requirements of Â§ 25.812(f). The amendment also extends the compliance date for the installation of such equipment.
