Abstract:

The purpose of this amendment to Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulations is to provide for the issuance of operations specifications that will permit Part 121 certificate holders to participate in parts pooling agreements with foreign air carriers. It will also permit the addition of the cockpit voice recorder required by Â§ 121.359 to the minimum equipment list.
