The purpose of these amendments to Parts 121 and 127 of the Federal Aviation Regulations is to make certain clarifying changes to the provisions of Â§ 121.367(c) and Â§ 127.133 (c) which pertain to programs required to ensure that aircraft released to service are airworthy and proper maintained.
