Abstract:

This amendment allows a Part 121 certificate holder to use the results of a successful emergency evacuation demonstration conducted either by a manufacturer under Part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), or by another Part 121 certificate holder, and to conduct a partial demonstration of emergency evacuation procedures, if certain conditions are met.
