  This amendment adopts changes to office titles and certain terminology in the regulations that were affected by a recent agencywide reorganization. These changes are being made to reflect delegations of authority that were changed, as well as offices that were renamed or abolished and replaced with new office designations. These changes are necessary to make the regulations consistent with the current agency structure.
