Abstract:

The purpose of this amendment is to authorize FAA Air Carrier District Offices to extend the December 15, 1967, compliance date by which date flight recorders on airplanes operated under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulations must be installed in accordance with the requirements of Â§ 25.1459 of Part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
