Abstract:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend to February 1, 1968, the effective date of the recently adopted requirement that all excess approved emergency exits must meet all of the emergency exit requirements (with minor exceptions) contained in Â§ 121.310 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
