Abstract:

This announces an extension of the compliance date under the aviation industry drug testing rule for the submission of anti-drug programs by operators who are not required to hold an air carrier operating certificate or an air taxi/commercial operator operating certificate. Under this final rule, these operators will have an additional 180 days to submit an anti-drug program to the FAA for approval.
