Abstract:

These amendments to Parts 121 and 145 relieve, clarify, or simplify requirements applicable to the certification and operation of domestic, flag and supplemental air carriers and commercial operators of large aircraft and to repair stations. They are part of the Operations Review Program and are based on a compilation of proposals discussed at the Operations Review Conference.
