Abstract:Document detailing the role and influence that the development and planning of cities will have overall on the nation’s economy. This was due to the growth of cities in the 1930’s and as a result, economic analysis of this change was needed to understand the future trends to commerce and how the Federal government can assist with social programs. The study is an early example of urban planning.
