This report is intended to guide the Texas A&M Transportation Institute Connected Vehicle Pilot Deployment (TTI CVPD) Evaluation Team in collecting information to assess the stakeholder acceptance of the New York City Connected Vehicle Pilot Deployment. It contains the protocols and procedures the TTI CVPD Evaluation Team will use to conduct the Stakeholder Acceptance surveys and interviews. The TTI CVPD Evaluation Team will be using several techniques to collect stakeholder evaluation data, including qualitative interviews, online surveys, and a post-deployment workshop.
