Abstract:I-76 goes through Philadelphia, where the Founding Fathers crafted and signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Surely it's no coincidence that I-76 happens to go through the city where the United States was born. It's a nice thought. The Rambler thought so, too, and then he did some research.
