Abstract:

The Urban Mass Transportation Administration today announced a "Symposium on Urban Public Transit and Minorities: Challenge of the 80's" to be held September 14-16, on the campus of Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. The symposium is a joint effort of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration (UMTA) and the Minority Affairs committee of the American Public Transit Association (APTA).
