Abstract:Urban Mass Transportation Administrator Arthur E. Teele, Jr., today announced a $2 million university research and training program for FY 1983. One half of the funds will be awarded to institutions submitting proposals for single projects and the other $1 million to eight designated University Centers for Transit Research and Management Development.
