This all-inclusive review of CV pilots and deployments provides crucial insights into the present state of CV technology implementation. By inspecting the different applications, technologies, geographies, and challenges associated with these projects, this report lays the foundation for informed decision-making and tactical planning for future CV initiatives in Maryland and beyond. The findings highlight the potential of CVs to transform transportation systems, improve safety, and augment the mobility experience for all road users.
