• Abstract:
  This report presents the findings of the 1977 Travel-time and Auto Occupancy studies undertaken by MARC, in cooperation with the Missouri State Highway Department and the Kansas Department of Transportation. The program ran from June 1, 1977 to August 15, 1977, with additional data collected in the fall of 1977. The primary purpose of this study was to obtain the average travel times and vehicular occupancy data for the major streets and highways within the KCMR.
