Abstract:

This control set document identifies cybersecurity controls designed to mitigate risk to closed-circuit televisions (CCTV) operating in the role of ITS roadway equipment described by the Traffic Information Dissemination service package in the Architecture Reference for Cooperative and Intelligent Transportation (ARC-IT) TM06. The objective of this control set is to provide a means to better protect CCTV’s and their information flows. Cybersecurity controls are safeguards or countermeasures prescribed for a system or an organization to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the system and its information.
