Urban Mass Transportation Administrator Arthur E. Teele, Jr., today announced the availability of a new report on Transportation Energy Management. The report, Transportation Energy Management: Transit Operator Facilities, describes methods transit operators can use to reduce utility energy consumption at facilities such as bus garages.
