Abstract:Urban Mass Transportation Administrator Arthur E. Teele, Jr., has announced the appointment of the 15 members of a Reporting System Advisory Committee. The committee will investigate and determine the usefulness of financial and operating data in improving transit system performance. UMTA is required by law to prescribe uniform accounting systems for local transit authorities.
