Abstract:

Mass transit projects in 14 cities will benefit from the reprogramming of $223.6 million in Federal funds, Urban Mass Transportation Administrator Ralph L. Stanley announced today. If Congress approves the reprogramming plan, nineteen rail and bus projects can be undertaken this year.
