Abstract:

Secretary of Transportation Samuel K. Skinner and Brian W. Clymer, Administrator of the Department's Urban Mass Transportation Administration (UMTA), today signed an agreement with the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission calling for the federal government to provide $667 million to help complete the second segment of the Los Angeles Metro Rail system.
