Abstract:The Urban Mass Transportation Administration (UMTA) has awarded more than $488 million in federal transit grants for 265 projects in 49 states, Administrator Bryan W. Clymer announced today. "This brings to 411 the total number of projects funded by UMTA's formula programs, and represents more than $1.5 billion so far this fiscal year," Clymer said.
