Abstract:Reaffirming the Administration's commitment to mass transit, Secretary of Transportation Federico Peña today announced plans to allocate $652 million to fund sixteen new transit projects nationwide. The projects range from Portland, Oregon's light rail extension to Atlanta's rail rapid transit system to Pittsburgh's busways.
