  Test procedure to develop a laboratory mixture design for the full depth reclamation (FDR) of roadways using emulsified asphalt (emulsion). This procedure will determine a moisture-density curve, optimum emulsion content, and when necessary, a target additive content based on the indirect tensile (IDT) strength of unconditioned and moisture conditioned test specimens.
