Abstract:

This report presents the data sources, descriptions, and file structures for computation of the economic competitiveness metrics to be reported annually as part of Action 6 of the California Sustainable Freight Action Plan. The report also includes instructions for computing the metrics and adding to the database as additional years become available. This report is written as an instruction manual. It will be updated as new data sources are discovered, other sub-sectors are selected for separate tracking, or metrics are revised.
