  This report is the second volume of a four-volume set of reports presenting the results of a study to further the development of performance-related specifications for portland cement concrete pavement construction. The report describes an investigation into the practicality and implementability of the recommended performance-related specifications. The investigation, which includes field simulation of the specifications, provides valuable insight for highway agencies planning to develop and use performance-related specifications.
