• Abstract:
  This document summarizes the annual reports as required by Presidential Executive Orders: 13256 - President's Board of Advisors on Historically Black Colleges and Universities; 13270 - Tribal Colleges and Universities; and 13230 - President's Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans. These executive orders require that Federal departments and agencies submit annual planned awards and performance awards to the Secretary of Education containing data on its plans/accomplishments to increase the participation of Minority Institutions of Higher Education in federally sponsored programs.
