Five reinforced concrete slab bridges were tested during the summer of 2015 by the University of Maine (UMaine) as part of this program: 1. Weld No. 5361, 2. West Paris No. 2582, 3. Wiscasset/ Woolwich No. 2577, 4. Penobscot No. 3297, and 5. Smyrna No. 2250. Revised load ratings were computed using either test data or with more detailed analyses than provided to UMaine by the Maine Department of Transporation (MaineDOT). Testing instrumentation setups, loading setups, and strain plots for each bridge are provided in Appendices A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4, and A.5. The results of the tests and analyses are summarized and compared with the existing ratings. Use of the these revised load ratings, live load test data, and extrapolation of these results to other structures is at the sole discretion of the bridge owner.
