From May 1, 2016, through August 31, 2016, the Transportation Technology Center (TTC) assessed Class I Positive Train Control (PTC) test facilities, and held discussions with commuter and short line railroad representatives to recommend a project approach to implement an industry test laboratory for Interoperable Train Control (ITC) at TTC.
