This study assessed the effectiveness of four recurrent training courses at the FAA Management Training School (MTS).The courses evaluated were Performance Improvement and Employee Appraisal (PIP/PER), Labor Relations for Management (LMR), Constructive Discipline (CD), and Managerial Effectiveness (ME). Questionnaires concerning the usefulness of course content, effects on supervisory behavior, and impact on the organizational unit were sent to randomly selected graduates of these courses.
