Abstract:

The Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMPO) will plan, design, and develop a cloud-based digital twin platform prototype to unify regional data across agency and departmental silos. The “SMART METRO” prototype leverages advanced systems integration and artificial intelligence technology to synthesize and analyze transportation, land use, demographic, and extreme weather datasets. The platform operates as an interactive planner's assistant, executing complex scenario modeling through simple natural language prompts.
