Abstract:

Staff from the National Transportation Library (NTL) showcase activities and accomplishments from 2025 at this Transportation Librarians Roundtable. Rosalyn Alleman, Reference Librarian, provided an overview of NTL's legislative mandates, services, and news plus highlights of the Reference Team's work. Acquisitions Librarian Tyler Evans described NTL's acquisition methods including government purchase cards, FEDLINK, interagency agreements, and Department of Transportation (DOT) contracts. DOT's Archivist/Historian Eden Orelove shared updates on new historical collections, digitization projects, and America 250 plans. Metadata Librarian Beth Burnett presented details about the ROSA P redesign, NTL achieving CoreTrustSeal Certification, and adding ORCID iDs to records in ROSA P.
