Abstract:

This project has been successful in developing a high-speed instrumentation system for macrotexture measurements and a laboratory system for static field and laboratory microtexture measurements. Both systems have been made available to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for implementation. This report provides details on these two systems.
