  The major purpose of this project was to conduct construction and post-construction testing and evaluation of a sulfur extended asphalt (SEA) experimental test section located on MH 153 (Wellborn Road in the cities of Bryan and College Station) in Brazos County, Texas. This section of roadway was in District 17 of the Texas State Department of Highways and Public Transportation (SDHPT) during planning and construction.
