Abstract:This letter provides the report requested in Senate Report 116-109 accompanying the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2020. The Senate Report requested that the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) "determine the best available estimate of the total amount of non-highway recreational fuel taxes received by the Secretary of the Treasury and transferred to the Highway Trust Fund during the previous three fiscal years."
