A study undertaken by the Airport Section of the Civil aeronautics Authority incorporated in this report, shows the constantly growing need for an adequate airport system in Alaska. It outlines tie number and type of facilities which will have to be provided to assure adequate landing facilities necessary for safety in air commerce and national defense.
