Forces to Flyers is a research initiative to identify career pathways to becoming airline pilots. One portion of the research is the development of a flight training demonstration focused on training veterans without prior military pilot experience to become airline pilots. This evaluation report assesses the demonstration’s success in meeting goals, including efficiency and cost-effectiveness. An appendix provides additional information on pilot career pathways.
