• Abstract:
  This is the third in a series of documents that report the continuing development of the Federal Transit Administration's National Transit Planning and Research (TP&R) Program agenda. This volume reports the results of the third Transit Planning and Research Priorities Workshop, held in Tysons Corner, Virginia, on July 15 and 16, 1992. This workshop was a continuation of the aggressive and expanding outreach program conducted by the Federal Transit Administration to assure a vital and cost efficient research program that is responsive to constituent needs. The Workshop built upon the solid foundation of the two previous workshops and advanced the mandates of the National Transportation Policy and the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act.
