  This is a data management plan for the Mineta Consortium for Transportation Mobility (MCTM) University Transportation Center (UTC). This data management plan was created in compliance with the US Department of Transportation’s “Plan to Increase Public Access to the Results of Federally-Funded Scientific Research” Version 1.1. The Mineta Consortium for Transportation Mobility (MCTM) will conduct research, education, workforce development, and technology transfer activities to improve mobility of people and goods and make our nation’s transportation system safe, efficient, accessible, and convenient for all.
