Abstract:

This report presents a comprehensive modeling framework for user responses to Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS) services and identifies the data needs for the validation of such a framework. The authors present overviews of the framework being proposed to model the various stages in user response to ATIS, the data needs associated with implementing the framework, and the state-of-the-art in modeling such response.
