Personal interviews were held with MoDOT personnel to assess MoDOT’s current communication practices and existing customer segmentation practices. Focus groups were then held to help gauge the effectiveness of existing communication practices and to obtain feedback related to other potential communication methods. Best practices, suggestions, and areas of potential improvement are discussed.
