  This report summarizes the work conducted on Project 0-6682 up to August 31, 2013. The report is
  
  organized in five chapters corresponding to separate tasks in the project work plan, as follows:
  
   Chapter 1 presents the summary of the findings from the literature review.
  
   Chapter 2 presents the plan for the accelerated pavement testing.
  
   Chapter 3 reports on the establishment of the accelerated pavement testing facility.
  
   Chapter 4 presents the results of the laboratory testing conducted to design the mixes.
  
   Chapter 5 presents the construction of the hot mix asphalt layers and provides results of the in-situ
