Current INDOT specifications for repair materials to be used in dowel bar retrofit (DBR) applications (Sections 507.08 and 901.07 of INDOT’s Book of Specifications) are based, in large part, on the requirements of ASTM C 928 and the manufacturer-provided technical performance data.
