This system architecture paper will discuss proposed architectures for the four “infrastructure oriented” program areas defined by the project team and presented in the Strategic Deployment Plan (August 1997). This report will concentrate on defining a combination of the physical and logical architecture of specific projects in the four program areas to define their interfaces and communication criteria.
