Abstract:Phase 1: To identify the intersectorial coordination problems between public agencies in Mexico, the problems that originate from the lack of Bi-national Coordination at the Border Ports of Entry, and the costs derived from these problems. Phase 2: To develop a general coordination system between Mexico and the United States to process the movement of freight that crosses through the commercial border ports of entry at the US-Mexican border.
