Abstract:
This report defines the baseline conditions of Tennessee’s transportation system and assesses the many uses and demands placed on the system. The report also examines how these demands influence travel, transportation, and development patterns in Tennessee, and it identifies trends and issues that must be considered as part of the planning process.
