• Abstract:
  The 10-Year Strategic Investments Program report identifies proposed spending priorities and policy initiatives that will address many of Tennessee’s transportation needs and help implement the state’s new Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) over the next 10 years. The report describes the proposed 10-year program and highlights critical elements in the long-range plan that warrant accelerated funding or special attention. The 10-year program is one of three major outcomes of the LRTP and represents an important step toward implementation of the plan. /Abstract from report, p. i/
