On April 28, 1921, the Eno Foundation for Highway Traffic Regulation was incorporated under the laws of the State of Connecticut to carry on the work of the founder for Traffic Regulation during his life time and to perpetuate it after his death. It is an institution with sufficient powers for adjustment to suit such changed conditions as may arise in the future in order to maintain and develop its usefulness.
